Workforce Innovation Board

The Local Workforce Innovation Board (LWIB) of Region 15 is a community-driven organization dedicated to aligning workforce development efforts with local economic needs.  It brings together business leaders, educational institutions, workforce providers, and community organizations to identify skill gaps, develop targeted training programs, and create pathways to employment for residents.  By fostering collaboration and strategic planning, the LWIB helps ensure a skilled, competitive workforce that supports regional economic growth and prosperity.
